Weddings
Weddings have always been such a huge passion of mine. I have loved taking part in so many Brides’ special day.
Below is some information that can help you to decide if I’m the right fit for you on your wedding day.
Trial
Hair $135 & Make-Up $90
On the date of your trial, we sit down & have a conversation around what you’re wanting for your big day. Everything from the neckline of your bridal gown to your jewellery will be taken into consideration to help me create your unique and elegant Hair style or Make-up look for your big day.
A trial is usually done no more than 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding. This is because your hair is closest to it’s colour & length for the big day.

YOUr Wedding Day
This is such an exciting day for you. You’ll be pleased to know that it is very rare that I have walked into a house with a stressed out bride the morning of her wedding. Usually, the bridal party would have taken over by now, calmed your nerves and waiting on you hand and foot.
The morning of the wedding is tailored to each bride. Usually I will prep your hair first thing when I arrive before anybody elses hair is done (curl/set the hair into curls or according to your chosen style on your trial date). How ever I do like to finish the brides hair just before you get dressed into your gown and have photos with your bridal party and family. 9/10 this works in well with your make-up artist. Therefore you would have your make-up done second to last with the make-up artist and hair finished last with me.
Bride $140-$160
Bridesmaid $130-$150 pp
Mother of the Bride/Groom $85-$120 pp
Flower Girls (under 10 years old) $65 pp
Extra Friends/Guests $80-$120
Prices do vary for the mothers and extra guests or friends so please state as accurately as possible on your form below what they would like done, if something changes on the wedding day that is more extensive than originally quoted, you will be invoiced post wedding for the correct amount.
I have formulated a Pre Wedding Day Action Plan to optimise your hair and skin care in preparation for your special day.
Travel
Travel is simply charged out at $1 per kilometre traveled & return.
There is a minimum $45 travel fee for Tauranga region.
If there is extra travel required for me to get to you on the day of your wedding like flights and accomodation. These costs will be discussed with the bride first, then arranged together and invoiced separately to your hair/make-up invoice.
Hair Extensions
Extension Rental $80 + $100 bond
Bond is given back once extensions are returned post wedding.
Hair Extensions can add incredible volume & length for your wedding day. I have used these many many times and it just adds so much to your gorgeous hairstyle. You can get permanent Smooth Weft Extensions (please see link), buy or hire clip ins for your big day.

Terms and Conditions
A trial costs $100 for hair and $80 for Make-Up if applicable.
Travel is charged 0.79c per KM travelled and will be added to your quote. If anything like location is to change, then you must advise me accordingly and may or may not have to change the travel costs. There is a minimum travel fee of $30 within the Tauranga region.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking, otherwise your date may not be held. (unless otherwise stated)
I Sara Bialostocki may post any pictures I see fit on social media to promote my work of my brides and surrounding people.
If any changes need to be made to the work, date or location please advise me as soon as possible by phone. If the wedding is postponed or cancelled there is no additional fee but deposit is non-refundable as stated.
