Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of the appointment. If for any reason you’re unable to pay at the time of your appointment, you must bank transfer at your earliest convenience. $5 fee will be added every month that your bill is unpaid. At 6 months post service this will rise to $10 per month, and at 8 months continues to $20 per month. At any stage, we are ablate send this to a debt collector is we deem necessary.


Cancellation Policy

Confirmation txt messages are sent out 48 hours in advance of your appointment. All cancellations must be made known to Sara or Toni 48 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be added to your next bill.
If you have cancelled or missed your appointment more than twice, you will be required to pay your whole bill in advance in order to secure your booking. If you continue to move it without at least 48 hours notice or not show up, the bill will be used as non refundable to cover the costs of your appointment time.
